- 2 lbs Ground Beef
- 1 Sleeve of Crackers
- 2 Tsp Onion Powder
- 2 Tsp Garlic Powder
- 2 Tsp Salt
- 1 Tsp Pepper
- Crush Crackers
- Mix all ingredents together
- Roll Ground Beef into 1 inch balls.
- Bake @ 400 degrees for 20 - 30 minutes. (time is dependent on Oven)
(Our class made individual meatballs by giving each kid thier own meat, crackers & spices in a baggie, so they may not be use to the over all totals)
